ARAB, Ala. — Lilly Chapman, a missing 15-year-old teen from Arab and the 16-year-old male she was believed to be with have been found according to the Newtown Police in Connecticut.  The Arab Police Department confirmed she was located safe in a Facebook post and that family members were on the way to pick her up.

Police say Chapman went missing last seen Wednesday, November 28 and that she may have been in the Birmingham area at the time.
