MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Tennessee Bureau of Investigation has canceled an AMBER Alert for 10-month old Zoe Jordan after she was found safe. Investigators say a citizen called in a tip when they spotted the car she was stolen in. The toddler was reported missing in Memphis, Tenn. Friday night.

Officials said Jordan was a passenger in a dark maroon Honda Civic when it was stolen. Memphis Police have positively identified 19-year-old Raylon Bell as a person of interest in Jordan’s kidnapping. The TBI tweeted surveillance video showing the man on what appears to be a cell phone in a parking garage. He is still at large.

If you have any information or spot the vehicle or Jordan, you are asked to call 1-800-TBI-FIND.
