Huntsville police identify victim in reckless murder, man charged

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Huntsville police have charged a man with reckless murder for a Monday night shooting that left a man dead.

Huntsville Police said that Vincent Harmon, 18, shot Seth Anderson,20, during what police said was “an act where Harmon was aware his actions could cause significant risk or bodily harm to another person.”

Anderson showed up at the hospital around 8:00 p.m. Monday night and was pronounced dead later, police said.
