Technical Document Specialist

Perform daily page-by-page declassification analysis of client holdings. Review technical documents to determine the current disposition status, including exclude, exempt, refer, and declassify and use of client declassification guides and the Common Book of Knowledge. Analyze documents to determine if restricted data and formerly restricted data or client equity is involved. Conduct research on historical ballistic missile defense programs. Consult outside agency declassification guides, including DoE, Army, and Air Force to refer documents to correct defense agencies. Verify correct classification markings, including recording caveats and updating any incorrect classification markings, as needed. Document details and findings of first-level review in a client database using government formatting rules.

Basic Qualifications:-1+ years of experience with document review in the DoD-Knowledge of weapons systems engineering and design technical data.  Ability to effectively analyze technical documents.  Ability to apply government formatting regulations in technical document review.  Ability to be detail-oriented in documentation review.  Top Secret clearance-HS diploma or GED required

Additional Qualifications:-Experience with MDA Security process.  Experience in a technical role, including mathematics and engineering.  Experience with working in an intelligence role.  AA or AS degree preferred; BA or BS degree a plus

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
