The Heart of the Valley YMCA is seeking an organized and energetic individual with a commitment to the YMCA missions and values.
Under the supervision of the Southeast YMCA Executive Director, this full time exempt position is directly responsible for the property management of the Southeast YMCA, Downtown YMCA, Camp Chalakee and three child development centers.
The successful candidate will be an individual with proven leadership ability and 5 or more years experience in property management.
Certifications in HVAC, Electrical or Plumbing and Certified Pool Operator are preferred but not required.
