Booz Allen Hamilton Engineering Services, LLC is seeking a New Equipment Trainer to support operations based in Huntsville, AL.

Responsibilities for the New Equipment Trainer will include, but are not limited to:- Assist with planning and coordinating all aspects of US Army Aviation Communication Systems New Equipment Training (APX118/APX-123 and ARC-220/ARC-231) and fielded systems support- Monitor manufacturer’s deliverables for adequacy to meet established Material Fielding Support plans- Participate in Integrated Working Product Team (IWPT) and Material Fielding Plan (MFP) reviews for validation and verification of established fielding procedures- Provide input for New Material Introductory Briefings (NMIB) to all Major Commands receiving new HF equipment- Perform on-site bulk break down, built in testing, inventory of new communication equipment prior to its issue- Conduct New Equipment Training (NET) classroom instruction to users and maintainers (soldiers) in the field

***This position requires 75-100% travel, to both CONUS and OCONUS locations.


Required Experience:
Five or more years’ experience with Army equipment fielding and procedures to include:- Equipment fielding to soldiers in the field- Familiarity with the Army tactical organizational structure- Familiarity with Operation within National Airspace and hostile Theaters in the proper use of Surveillances modes.- Excellent communication skills at varying levels

Education and/or Certification Requirements:- Requires a high school diploma- Preference may be given to candidates with a degree
