‘Southern Belle’ to Visit Scottsboro for Night of Fun on the River

SCOTTSBORO, Ala. (WHNT) – The Southern Belle riverboat will set sail along the Tennessee River with members and friends of the Greater Jackson County Chamber of Commerce on Saturday, June 8.

The riverboat will board beginning at 5 p.m. at the Jackson County Park dock in Scottsboro. Tickets can be purchased at the Greater Jackson County Chamber of Commerce at 407 E. Willow St. in Scottsboro. Tickets are $35 per person for chamber members and $45 per person for non-members.

“It should be a fun evening for everyone,” said Rick Roden, chamber president and CEO.  “In the past our trips were during the week and most folks had to work the next day. We were able to secure the Saturday evening date and hopefully make the evening one to remember.”

The Judge Talford Band will provide entertainment for guests of the Southern Belle. Food and beverages will be available on the riverboat.
