HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - On Tuesday, October 4, your family is invited to join forces with the Huntsville Police Department, the Huntsville Community Watch Association, Madison County Sheriff`s Department and other area law enforcement and community agencies as we join thousands of communities nationwide to celebrate the Annual National Night Out. This police-community partnership event involves over 16,500 communities from all 50 states, U.S. territories, Canadian cities and military bases around the world.

Our event will be held at the Huntsville Jaycee`s Building, 2180 Airport Road, from 5:00-7:00 p.m. Along with showcasing various police vehicles and equipment, attendees are invited to meet police personnel, learn about city agencies, visit with the Search and Rescue Dogs, climb aboard the SWAT truck and fire truck, collect free safety information and giveaways, get a child safety seat demonstration, explore products for home and personal safety, and get a free wellness check. Attendees will also enjoy live music, raffles, free food, and family friendly activities.
