The theme for the festival is Cirque de Seuss.  The Fine Arts Festival will feature a birthday party for Dr. Seuss at 1 p.m. with Doctor Osborn, the Magical Mad Scientist.

You can also see performances by the Lee High School Trouveres, Huntsville Irish Dancers, Grissom’s Jazz band, AAA’s 2nd grade violinists and much more.  The festival will delight, with many great activities to explore.

As Dr. Seuss would say, “Step with care and great tact and remember that life is a great balancing act.”

There will be activities that will tickle your fancy.

You could be like the Lorax, and make his great mustache. He said, “I speak for the trees!”

Do not worry, it will not be cold, but just in case you find yourself in Whoville, you can make a Cindy Lou Who scarf.  Like the saying, “We have something for everybody,” the festival will not disappoint. There will be activities for your little Thing 1 and Thing 2.

The silent auction will feature prizes from DSW, Outback Steakhouse, golf packages and more. Be sure to enjoy the great food and treats.

The theme for Cirque de Seuss is “Today you are you, that is truer than true, there is no no one alive who is youer than you!”

The Academy for Academics and Arts is located at 2800 Poplar Avenue in Huntsville, off Pulaski Pike near University Drive.
