(WHNT) – A single-vehicle accident claimed the life of a Lauderdale County teenager  around 5:20 p.m. Saturday evening. 18-year-old Trevor Ivon Starbuck was killed when the pickup he was riding in left the road on Alabama 99 and hit a tree.     MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – A man in Lacey’s Spring in under arrest after making moonshine in a dry county. Deputies in Morgan County arrested 52-year-old Jeffrey Sowell Friday evening after find an operational moonshine still in his garage. Deputies seized three gallons of corn whiskey and a 25-gallon still.     ATHENS, Ala. (WHNT) – A 5-year-old child in Athens is recovering after a van hit her on Friday shortly before 8:00 p.m. Athens Police Chief Floyd Johnson said Jasmine Sawyers was riding a bicycle when a Ford Windstar collided with the bike.     SHEFFIELD, Ala. (WHNT) – Sheffield Police and Alabama State Troopers say a woman died after an incident that happened when the Spirit of Freedom Fireworks Festival wrapped up Saturday night.   • Crews are working to fix a power outage in Hazel Green

    HAZEL GREEN, Ala. (WHNT) – Crews with Huntsville Utilities have restored power to customers in Hazel Green. The reported power outage extended north from Ready Section Road to the Tennessee / Alabama state line and along US 231-431 west to Old Railroad Bed Road. The outage also includes areas along Limestone Road and Joe Quick Road. Crews say the outage was caused by equipment failure at the Charity Lane substation.
