HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – The Piedmont Piranhas nipped the Greenwyche Gators for the overall team title at the 51st Rocket City Swim League City Meet at the Natatorium. The Saturday and Sunday meet featured 1,351 athletes from 18 pools all around Madison County. The meet was in doubt until the final heat of the final race finished. HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - The Huntsville Swim Association gears up for the 2016 short course championship season by hosting the Groundhog Invitational this weekend at the Natatorium. The meet typically features top swimmers from all across the South region. Competition begins at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, Jan. 29. Age 10-and-under swimmers start at 8:30 a.m. Saturday and Sunday with the older athletes participating in the afternoon sessions.
