Bobby joined the News 19 team in October 2018 as a digital producer/reporter. Bobby comes to Huntsville from St. Louis, Missouri, and is excited to be in the Rocket City.
Bobby is a graduate of Saint Louis University, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in meteorology, with a minor in communication.
During his time at SLU, Bobby served in various capacities on and off the air with SLU-TV, as well as rounding out his media involvement by working with KSLU radio and as Sports Editor with The University News. Between covering weather, protests, sports, anchoring, and even new logos and buildings on campus, Bobby stayed busy and gained plenty of experience and skills that he is excited to bring to the Tennessee Valley.
Bobby also interned with KSDK in St. Louis, Missouri.
In his spare time, you can usually find Bobby all over town seeing everything Huntsville has to offer, finding new favorite restaurants, and helping make Huntsville a better place to live for everyone.
Bobby is a member of the American Meteorological Society and serves on the National Weather Association Marketing and Membership Committee, as well as the secretary for the Huntsville Area AMS/NWA Joint Chapter.
