Early morning fire destroys Guntersville home

GUNTERSVILLE, Ala. — A massive structure fire erupted Saturday morning at the Andrew Jackson Height subdivision in Guntersville.

Guntersville Fire & Rescue say the fire started around 1 a.m. at a home on Jackson Trail Road. Upon arrival, it took firefighters 30 minutes to contain, according to firefighters.

No injuries were reported.

The cause has not been determined.
