Spending money to build a new city hall could save Huntsville money in the long run

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — The process is in its early stages, but it is underway. At some point in the next few years, Huntsville will have a new city hall.

Huntsville City administrator John Hamilton says there are lots of reasons why the heart of city government should be replaced. He also says spending money, might very well save money.

But how can a city save spending money? Hamilton says that's an easy answer when you're talking about a new city hall.
