“Civil Emergency” message accidentally shared state-wide during internal testing

Alabama EMA confirmed a “civil emergency” message that appeared on state-wide television stations around 7:30 p.m. Wednesday was transmitted accidentally during an internal test. Multiple county EMA officials confirmed on Twitter that there is no emergency.
