Madison Academy loses to Handley in 4A State Championship

AUBURN, Ala. – Madison Academy has a habit of winning state championships.  However, it wasn’t in the cards today.

The Mustangs fell short to Handley in the Class 4A title game, played at Jordan-Hare Stadium in Auburn.  Madison Academy lost 30-7.

It was still a great season for head coach Grant Reynolds and his team, finishing with a 12-3 record.
