ROSALIE, Ala. - Crews have been in Rosalie since midnight when the tornado touched down.  During their search, they found a mobile home had blown across Hwy 71, resulting in multiple deaths.

"You really wouldn't know it was a mobile home if you didn't know what it was before," said Sheriff Chuck Phillips of the Jackson County Sheriff's Office.

When crews arrived on scene in Rosalie, they discovered a family of five - three adult members had died.

"The storm just carried it across the road and destroyed the mobile home at that's where the three bodies were found," says Sheriff Chuck Phillips.

The other two family members, one adult and one child, are in critical condition and were rushed to Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga.

"'The Rosalie Fire Department took them to their building and waited on the ambulance to come get them."

The mobile home traveled around 200 feet across the highway, landing in a ditch, and destroying it completely.  "It was very hard to get to the actual residence where the people were at because of the debris in the road. We had to clear the roads to get there."

Family members have been on scene today, trying to collect anything memorable that they can save from this terrible disaster.
