LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala. - A teen from the Lester community died in a one-vehicle wreck late Thanksgiving night.

Alabama State Troopers say Cole Smith, 18, died in a wreck at 11:45 p.m. on Easter Ferry Road, about 12 miles northwest of Athens.

Smith was driving a GMC truck.  Troopers say he wasn’t wearing a seat belt.

Troopers didn't have further information on how the wreck happened.
