UPDATE: Runaway child in Madison has been found

MADISON, Ala. – Madison Police say they have located a missing 10-year-old boy.

Police confirm Tyrone Jackson has been found. Madison Police first sent out an alert late Saturday evening asking for the public’s help finding Jackson.  They described him as a missing/runaway child who had been last seen around 8:30 p.m. Saturday in the area of Reserve Way and Wall Triana Highway.

Just after 9 a.m. Sunday morning, they sent out an updated alert indicating Jackson had been found.  They didn’t provide any other information about where they found Jackson or his condition.

Police thanked residents and other agencies for their assistance in the case.
