HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — To show their gratitude for all their hard work, Legacy at Jones Farm hosted free pet portraits for the Madison County Sheriff’s Office’s K-9 unit.

Legacy at Jones Farm said they wanted to give thanks for officer efforts in response to disasters and for their service everyday. Providing the portraits for them to use for publicity or for the holidays was just a small way to show they appreciate all that they do.

Sgt. Brent Patterson said with all the negativity surrounding the police, they were surprised and thankful Legacy wanted to do this for them. The act of kindness was much appreciated by the officers during these trying times.
