Auburn gets first shutout win since 2008 beating Alabama A&M 55-0

AUBURN, Ala. (al.com) - Auburn's defense got its wish.

Hoping to post the first shutout for the program since 2008, the Tigers defense held Alabama A&M to just 130 yards in a 55-0 shutout for No. 15 Auburn at Jordan-Hare Stadium Saturday night.

It was Auburn's first shutout since the 2008 season-opener with ULM (34-0), a span of 114 games.
