Auburn running backs dealing with injury heading into Alabama A&M game

AUBURN, Ala. ( Auburn's final home game of the 2016 season will likely be missing the SEC's leading rusher.

Running back Kamryn Pettway, who sat out Saturday's 13-7 loss to rival Georgia, will likely be held out of this weekend's game against Alabama A&M, according to offensive coordinator Rhett Lashlee.

"It's possible," Lashlee said. "I don't know. I mean, he hasn't been ruled out. We'll just have to see how he goes day-to-day. I just know that he's making good strides, but I really don't know.
