Ever had a case of the Mondays?

Know what the cure is?

I do. It’s these amazing kids at Columbia Elementary School in Madison. I got to spend a little time with them on Monday afternoon, and I think I had the most fun of all!

Thank you to Mrs. Thacker for the invitation to come visit the developmentally delayed classes at Columbia. They’ve been studying weather; they made their own rain gauges and wind vanes, and they are smart as whips. We talked about tornadoes, hurricanes, the seasons of the year (and you might guess the favorite things: summer because they’re out of school and snow because it’s fun to play in).

It's a blessing to get to have fun with children like this, so thank you Columbia for the chance to be a part of your day!
