"Make it ORANGE -- make it end!"  Wednesday, Oct. 19 is Unity Day 2016, and you're encouraged to wear orange to unite against bullying.

Many schools around the U.S. participate in Unity Day, encouraging students to wear orange.  Supporters show those being bullied they are not alone, that they care, and can lead the movement against bullying together.

Anyone can wear orange tomorrow -- whether you're going to school, or work.  Take a selfie and show support online with the hashtag #UnityDay2016

Guntersville Middle School is one local school participating in Unity Day 2016. Students and staff plan to join hands outside the school, forming a large circle of support at 9:30 a.m.  If your school is doing something similar, please email a picture or video to photo@whnt.com, or post it on the WHNT News 19 Facebook page.

Unity Day is sponsored by PACER's National Bullying Prevention Center.
