Man accused of killing girlfriend in Georgia captured in Huntsville

HUNTSVILLE, Ala.  – A man accused of killing his girlfriend in Georgia was apprehended by the U.S. Marshals in Huntsville on Friday.

According to our news partners at AL.com, Tory Leroy Jones is charged with murder in the death of his girlfriend Elmisha Maryetta Gates.

Authorities found her body inside of a motel room on Tuesday.

The details of Jones arrest have not been released by police.
