We love watermelon! And we love watermelon slicers!

We received email about watermelon slicers. It is that time of the year, with the temps that go with it, that is ripe watermelon eating time.

There are many products on store shelves that cut watermelons.

My favorite is the “wagon wheel” type of watermelon slicer. It’s a round metal circle that has “spokes” are very sharp and cut the watermelon. You stand the watermelon on end, and put the “wheel” on top and then push down. It takes a little muscle but it provides 8 even slices that are ready to eat.
