Deputies responded to Honeycomb Campground on Friday afternoon. A woman and her two juvenile daughters were in a bathhouse getting dressed, and a juvenile noticed a smart phone sitting in a gap of the wall of the bathhouse.  The mother immediately grabbed the phone, took her children to safety and called the Sheriff's Office.

Investigators say the phone was placed there and set to record by a person in the adjoining room of the bathhouse.

Deputies arrested Gates after investigating the matter further.
