MONTGOMERY, Ala.  – The judge in the wrongful termination lawsuit filed by former ALEA Secretary Spencer Collier has recused himself in the case.

Montgomery County Circuit Judge Johnny Hardwick issued the order Thursday.

Hardwick said he was recusing himself “due to a conflict with one or more of the parties or their legal representatives.”

The case will now be reassigned by the circuit clerk.
