HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Donald Trump told late night host Jimmy Kimmel he’d be willing to debate Bernie Sanders.

In his recent guest appearance on ABC’s “Jimmy Kimmel Live,” Trump fielded questions on a range of topics.

Asked if he’d be willing to debate Sanders, who currently trails Hillary Clinton in the Democratic primary race delegate count, Trump declared he would. One caveat? The proceeds would need to go to charity.

As CBS News reports, Trump also asked, perhaps jokingly, “how much Sanders would be willing to pay him — for charity — then conceded that it would be fine if a network were willing to put up the money. Trump also said he has never met Sanders.”

Sanders responded quickly with a tweet of his own declaring “Game On.”

Will it happen? We shall see.
