GULF SHORES, Ala.- The son of Arkansas’ Governor is out on bail after being arrested on felony drug charges over the weekend.

More than 40 thousand people were in Gulf Shores, Alabama for the “Hang Out” festival.

Security officers there said it looked like 40-year-old Asa Hutchinson the third was trying to hide something near his waist while in line.

Deputies say they found capsules of “Ecstasy” and “Molly.”

One local media outlet reported Governor Hitchinson responded to the arrest, saying his son is an adult, and will have to address this just like he’s done in the past.

The 40-year-old lawyer was also arrested in January for an alleged D-W-I.
