HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - Two adults are without a home this morning after a late night house fire.

Around 10 p.m., Huntsville fire crews were called to the 1800 block of Canterbury Circle after neighbors reported a house fire.

When firefighters arrived, flames could be seen coming from the back of the home. It took crews about 15 minutes to get the fire under control.

We are told that two rooms had heavy fire damage, and the rest of the home sustained heavy smoke and heat damage.

There was no one home at the time of the fire. The American Red Cross is helping those impacted. The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
