Crash on Highway 67 ejects two from bed of truck; One sent to hospital for head injuries

MORGAN COUNTY, Ala. – Alabama Law Enforcement Agency, and the Morgan County Sheriff’s Office responded to a traffic accident on Highway 67 at Blue Springs road this afternoon.

According to law enforcement, a truck with two passengers in the front seat, and two passengers in the bed of the truck pulled out in front of another vehicle onto Highway 67. The truck rolled from the collision. Both people in the back of the truck were thrown from the vehicle. One of them was flown to Huntsville Hospital for head injuries.

No word yet on if others were injured in the crash. Identities have not been released by ALEA.
