Limestone Co. investigators, K9 sniff out cocaine, marijuana & cash in Tanner man’s home

LIMESTONE COUNTY, Ala. – A Tanner man faces drug possession and distribution charges after Limestone County sheriff’s investigators uncovered more than 12 grams of cocaine in his home.  Damien Kenyontist Sims, 37, is being held in the Limestone County Jail.

Narcotics deputies and a K9 unit searched the man’s home on Stewart Road on Thursday.  They seized 12.4 grams of cocaine, digital scales, a small amount of marijuana, and $2,108 in cash.

Kilo is the K9 officer who helped with the bust.  He belongs to the Limestone Correctional Facility.
