LINCOLN COUNTY, Tenn. (WHNT) – The Lincoln County Sheriff’s Office arrested a woman for aggravated rape of a child following a joint investigation with the FBI.

Sheriff Murray Blackwelder says Rachael Boyett was arrested Thursday. The arrest coincides with Saturday’s arrest of Wesley Thomas Ryan on federal charges of sexual exploitation of a child by attempting to persuade a minor to engage in sexually explicit conduct for the purpose of producing a visual depiction and distribution and possession of child pornography.

Sheriff Blackwelder says both are expected to face federal charges.

Boyett is being held in the Lincoln County Jail on a $200,000 bond.
