TENNESSEE VALLEY – Tuesday morning’s snow caused many slick spots across our area, and a number of wrecks happened on busy roads.

Before 8 a.m. an overturned truck and trailer on I-565 near Greenbrier Road caused backups for eastbound drivers headed from Decatur to Huntsville.  In the westbound lanes, a truck went off to the ditch.

Alabama State Troopers also worked a four-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 231 over Brindlee Mountain.  The area has since reopened.
