Indiana siblings arrested in Morgan County for allegedly trafficking Morphine

HARTSELLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Sheriff Ana Franklin reports that early Saturday morning, February 6, 2016, Michael Chad Badger along with his sister, Crystal Gail Beaven, both of Indiana, were arrested in Hartselle for allegedly trafficking Morphine.

The two were located by the Hartselle Police Department during the investigation of a suspicious vehicle in the median of Hwy 31 near Pattillo St.

Both suspects appeared to be passed out in their vehicle.  A subsequent search found the two to be in possession of a large quantity of Morphine.
Badger, and Beaven were both arrested by the Morgan County Drug Taskforce for Trafficking in Morphine and booked into the Morgan County Jail with $10,000.00 bonds each.
