Two Men Indicted on Federal Child Pornography Charges

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – A federal grand jury has returned child porn indictments on 2 north Alabama men.  46-year-old Frank Dewayne Kelley of DeKalb county and 36-year-old James Keith Stewart of Cullman county are charged with receiving, distributing and possessing child pornography.  The indictments were announced by U.S. Attorney Joyce White Vance and investigators with Homeland Security.  Stewart is also serving time for a 2013 conviction in Chilton county for sexual abuse of a child younger than 12.  The maximum penalty for these child pornography charges is 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine.
