GAINESVILLE, Fla. (CBS) – Last week, Gainesville Police Officer Bobby White lost to a group of kids in a friendly game of pick-up basketball.

He told them he’d be back one day, and he told them he’d bring backup with him.

“They may have won this round,” Gainesville Police Department spokesman Ben Tobias told CBS News. “Next time, they can try putting on 30 pounds of gear and dunking.”

A week later, White returned, and he brought a 7’1”, 325-pound ringer with him.
