HUNTSVILLE, Ala. – Huntsville Police arrested 38-year-old Omarious Labarrtrick Douglass and 31-year-old Marcus Cortez Coleman for robbery.

Police say on January 2, the two men reportedly entered the McAlister’s Deli on Perimeter Parkway at gunpoint and took money from the register as well as property from employees. Officers say the two men were found a short time later after police were able to track a phone that was stolen during the robbery to a residence on Wilson Drive.

Our news partners at The Huntsville Times/AL.com report sex crimes were allegedly committed during the robbery, according to police and court records. This resulted in sexual torture charges for both suspects.

In her order, District Judge Alison Austin says, “The Court has considered the violence in the alleged commission of the offenses and the threats made against the victims; to wit, an alleged threat to kill a victim and the use of a loaded firearm during the commission of sexual acts against another victim.
