Many communities already have an inch of rain in the bucket this week, and there’s a lot more to go: up to 3-4” more inches. We also face the highest severe weather threat of 2015 on Wednesday. The midday update from the Storm Prediction Center showed an ENHANCED RISK of strong to severe storms (including high winds, hail, and tornadoes) over much of North Alabama, Mississippi and Tennessee for Wednesday.
