UPDATE: Missing Calhoun County man found in pond, wreck being blamed for his death

CALHOUN COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) – The Calhoun County Sheriff’s office reports they have found the body of a missing man and his Jeep they believed him to be in.

Jaryd Calloway, 29, had been missing since last week.

The Sheriff’s Office made the announcement on it’s facebook page that the man’s vehicle was found in a pond near his home. They say it appears his vehicle left the roadway in an accident. The mans body was recovered from inside the vehicle.
