Accused thief’s bond is revoked after second DUI

DECATUR, Ala. (WHNT) – A Decatur woman accused of stealing money from the Hartselle Dixie Youth Baseball program is being held in the Morgan County Jail with no bail.

Amy McArthur Balch was booked into jail in November after a Morgan County Circuit Judge approved a motion to revoke her bond.

She was released from jail on a 5-thousand dollars bail after her September 30, 2014 arrest for first -degree theft.

After her release, she was busted for DUI in February and again on October 23rd.
