Manna House welcomes community to receive food, does not want anyone to go hungry

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) - Manna House is offering free food to anyone who needs it on three different days this week.

Monday and Wednesday, the community is invited to Manna House from 4:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m. During this time, they can line up and pick out food they want to serve their families on Thanksgiving. Manna House is located next to the Rock Family Worship Center on South Memorial Parkway.

On Thursday, everyone is welcome to attend the Thanksgiving Day Community Dinner from noon until 2:00 p.m. It's happening at Southside Baptist Church located at 209 Marsheutz Ave. SE in Huntsville.

For those who are looking to give back to others this holiday season, Fluhler encourages you to attend one of these days of giving.

"It's a very family friendly environment, bring the whole family and help us love on people Monday and Wednesday, or come help us love on people on Thursday, everybody is welcome," Fluhler said.
