FAIRFIELD, Ala. — Investigators say they have arrested one person in connection with the shooting at Miles College. Chief Leon Davis with the Fairfield Police Department says he expects others to be charged.

Keenen Tajae Morris, 21, of Mobile died in the shooting that happened Tuesday night at an off-campus apartment.

Chief Davis plans to release more information about the arrest as soon as formal charges are filed. He says the investigation has led to a theory of robbery as the prime motive in the homicide.

Fairfield is a suburb of Birmingham, just southwest of the city.
