Huntsville Police arrest 3 on Capital Murder charges for January home invasion shooting

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. - Huntsville Police say they have arrested three people for a murder that happened in January. Each is charged with Capital Murder.

The arrests are for the death of Markia Kendall, who was killed in the 2200 block of Norwood Drive on January 25, 2015. It happened around 2:00 that morning.

Investigators say the men forced their way into the home and shot Kendall multiple times. His children were in the home at the time of the murder.

Huntsville Police have charged Artavious Juanes Crutcher, 20, Latransezon Tremaine Malloy, 18, and Cordell Lamont Derrick, 17.
