Earlier, three people were in custody to be questioned.  Later Monday, investigators said 18-year-old Dashawn Rice was charged with capital murder.  He is in the Madison County Detention Center.

The victim was Adam Fitcheard, 25.  He was shot at the FX Market at 6360 Highway 53 in Harvest, but deputies were called to a home off of Nick Fitcheard Road, where they found him.  HEMSI paramedics took Fitcheard to Huntsville Hospital, where he died.

Deputies responded to the initial call around 10:30 Sunday night.  They determined Fitcheard was sitting in a vehicle at the FX Market when a shot was fired from outside, striking him.

Deputies talked with witnesses at the scene and also used video surveillance footage to determine Rice shot Fitcheard.  Rice was arrested without incident and charged with capital murder.
