MADISON COUNTY, Ala. – The Physical Education teacher at Harvest Elementary School wants to get students pumped up for class using a popular song. He’s choreographed an aerobic dance to “Watch Me” (Whip/Nae Nae) by Silento.

Jared Paschall calls it a fun way to get your heart pumping.  The exercises include jumping jacks, push ups, and other fun moves.

The students will use the dance as a warm-up before P.E. class on Thursdays.

Paschall encourages everyone to share the fun video that shows his students at Harvest Elementary School getting their hearts pumping before class.
