Was the Chattanooga shooting terrorism?
CHATTANOOGA, Tenn. (AP) — A Tennessee man is accused of opening fire at two military sites and killing four people before he was shot dead by police.
Federal authorities are investigating whether the shootings were an act of terrorism.
They say 24-year-old Kuwaiti-born Muhammad Youssef Abdulazeez first drove by a military recruiting center in Chattanooga and sprayed dozens of bullets.
Then he drove to a Navy-Marine training center. That’s where the four Marines were killed and a sailor was seriously wounded.
