Huntsville Police investigating a rape case on Aldridge Creek Greenway

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. (WHNT) – Huntsville Police say they responded to a rape call in the 1100 block of Mountain Gap Road around 11pm Saturday night.

The victim told police a man approached her on the walking trail and assaulted her, then left. The victim was treated for her injuries.

HPD’s Domestic Violence Unit and Crime Scene Unit are handling the investigation.
