Video: Crews remove dangerous tree from Flint River

MADISON COUNTY, Ala. (WHNT) - Following several rescue calls over the past few days, many were asking what could be done about a dangerous tree on the Flint River.

On Wednesday afternoon, crews with North Alabama Canoe & Kayak, also known as NACK, went upstream to cut up the fallen tree that had created a spot on the river where some boaters had been sucked into the water.
